Links and partnerships
The project aims to collaborate with young people, their parents/carers and other professionals to provide high quality, flexible programmes of support. Collaboration will be achieved by setting up regular seminars on progress of the project, brainwave meetings where innovative ideas are shared, distributing newsletters with feedback reports from young people and encouraging all partner organisations to take pride in work carried out with young people and celebrating positive outcomes. The main aim is to improve the provision of support through providing a more comprehensive and systematic approach in working with Young people.
